Traditional fuel vehicles seem to have gradually given way to new energy vehicles. Among them, pure electric vehicles in the new energy vehicle category. Previously, many consumers did not buy pure electric vehicles because they did not have charging stations or because charging was slow and inconvenient. However, in recent years, with the support of relevant incentive policies, the number of charging stations has increased sharply, solving many charging problems for car owners. Many consumers are still on the sidelines or do not want to buy pure electric vehicles.

There are multiple factors contributing to this situation, including the safety and range of pure electric vehicle batteries, as well as the issue of charging stations. At present, many charging stations can be found in public places, community garages, and highway service areas to provide charging for pure electric vehicles. However, car owners will find that there are many of these charging stations, but only a small number can be used with confidence or are easy to use. Why is there an awkward situation where there are charging stations with quantity but no quality?

1、 Charging station parking space occupied

In an increasingly tense parking environment, parking spaces equipped with charging stations are easily occupied. Car owners may not stop charging or the charging gun cable may not be long enough to charge, rendering the charging stations virtually useless. There are many car charging stations, and it is common for them to be occupied in public areas without personnel management.

2、 The number of charging stations is small or the power is low. There are many charging vehicles and the waiting time is long, which cannot be arranged

In some places, the number of charging stations is already small or the power is low, and charging takes a long time. Generally, there is a car queuing in front of a station, and it takes two or three hours to charge quickly. If it is slow, waiting for half a day may not necessarily be your turn. Some cars have finished charging but the owner is not present and cannot move the car. It is also very helpless to charge without a parking space.

Another issue is that the installation time of the charging station is relatively long and there is a lack of personnel to manage and maintain it, which can cause some damage. Car owners are worried about using it and dare not use it.

There are many factors that affect the layout of charging stations. In the early stages, the installation of charging stations was mainly concentrated in large areas, and the construction party considered many profit factors, resulting in the need for the vehicle owners to pass through half of the urban area to charge their personal electricity. It is recommended that the installation of charging stations be more reasonable, adopting a scattered layout with multiple points, wide coverage, and equal emphasis on the construction of public charging stations and residential household car charging stations.
