On the other hand, LFP batteries have advantages such as low cost, long life, high safety, and good high-temperature tolerance.

Many owners have heard that new cars need to activate the battery by undergoing three full charge-discharge cycles of over 12 hours. However, owners don't need to do this because the battery has already completed these processes before leaving the factory.

If you want a longer battery life, it's recommended to keep the battery charge level between 20% and 90%. However, whether it's a ternary lithium battery or an LFP battery, when charging an NEV, there are three things to note: 1) Avoid charging in high-temperature conditions. Before charging on a hot day, turn off the car for ten minutes to let the battery cool down. 2) Even if the car isn't used for a long time, it's important to charge it regularly to maintain the battery's good condition. 3) If possible, prioritize slow charging. If conditions allow, you can combine fast charging for top-ups.
