In the era of low-carbon economy, electric vehicles have emerged as a shining star in people's view. With the popularization of electric vehicles in people's lives, charging them has become a major concern for car owners. To prevent the vehicle from running out of power during travel, many cities have built a certain number of charging stations in urban areas. When charging the vehicle at the charging station, the electric vehicle charging connector is an essential component. To better meet the charging needs of the vehicle, there are certain requirements for the selection of charging connectors when establishing charging stations.
To ensure the stability of the charging station's operation, first, the selected charging connector must meet the working temperature range of -50℃ to 300℃, have a plug-pull life of over 1,000 times, and possess a splash-proof function. Secondly, the handle of the charging connector should be made of high-strength flame-retardant insulating material. The connector must have an anti-reverse connection function and a locking device. To guarantee the safety of the staff and equipment, the connector should also have a locking function to prevent the connector from separating during normal charging. Then, during use, the connector should undergo a stability test at regular intervals. Once the service life of the connector reaches one year, it should be replaced to ensure the stable operation of the entire charging station.
