In the context of new energy strongly supported by the state, charging supporting facilities have begun to popularize in our lives, so that not only enterprises began to develop new energy, but also individuals began to build new energy supporting facilities.

So, if it is an enterprise or an individual who needs to build a charging station, what are the pre-preparation processes? This is a question for us to think about, First, there must be a compliant site construction.

1. Clear land ownership: the property rights are clear, and the nature of the land is industrial or commercial or construction land; 

2. Lease stability: land lease of more than 5 years; 

3. Real estate registration certificate (land certificate + lease contract); 

4. Original and photocopy of the construction project planning permit (including attachments and general layout).

General procedures for applying for planning permit for installation of charging pile:

1. Any unit or individual that builds, expands or rebuilds buildings, structures, roads, pipelines or other engineering facilities in a planned urban area must submit an application for construction to the competent department of city planning administration with the relevant approval documents; 

2. The urban planning administrative department shall propose the planning and design requirements for construction projects according to the urban planning; 

3. The competent administrative department of urban planning shall solicit and comprehensively coordinate the opinions of relevant administrative departments on the design scheme of construction projects, and approve the preliminary design scheme of construction projects; 

4. The urban planning administrative department shall issue the construction project planning permit after reviewing the construction drawings provided by the construction unit or individual.

The drawings and attachments included in the planning permit for the installation of charging piles shall be formulated by the issuing unit according to the laws and regulations and the actual situation in accordance with the different requirements for buildings, structures, roads, pipelines and individual house construction. The attached drawings and attachments are the supporting documents of the construction project planning permit and have the same legal effect.

The planning permit for the land used for the installation of charging piles and the planning permit for construction projects shall be issued by the urban planning administrative department of the municipal people's Government. The town where the county people's government is located and other organized towns shall be approved and issued by the competent department of city planning administration of the county people's government.

1. Application data sheet; 

2. Corporate identity card; 

3. The power of attorney shall indicate that the operator is a person of the company, the ID card and telephone number of the operator; 

4. Photocopy of the ID card of the operator; 

5. Enterprises, industrial and commercial customers to provide enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate, institutions, social group customers to provide legal person certificate or institution code certificate (three certificates in one to provide business license); 

6. Real estate registration certificate (land certificate), construction project planning permit (including attachments and general layout) original and photocopy; 

7. In exchange for VAT invoices, VAT general taxpayer qualification registration form or tax matters notice should be provided; 

8. Large industrial users need to provide safety production license; 

9. Environmental concerns require EIA reports. The above documents can be successfully processed, and the lack of documents needs to be negotiated separately.
