5. Design Institute qualification (Design institute registered in the local power supply bureau, consult the power supply bureau when applying, seal);

6. Design institute drawings (according to the requirements of each power supply bureau to provide corresponding copies);

7. Transformer effect test, table to calculate the installation cost.
