1、 Confirm charging conditions

Firstly, it is necessary to clarify whether there are fixed parking spaces in the community and whether the property management agrees to install charging stations. Simply put, the installation can only be carried out with the consent of the property management. (If it is a self built house, this step can be omitted)

2、 Apply for power supply plan

After obtaining a fixed parking space (purchased or rented) in the community and obtaining approval from the property management, apply to the local power supply company for the installation of a new energy meter by telegraph (the local power supply bureau will provide an application form introducing the detailed information that the car owner needs to prepare, such as property ownership certificate, village committee certificate, community property consent form, car purchase invoice or rental contract, charging pile inspection report, certificate of conformity, etc.). The information is fully prepared and waiting for the power supply company to provide a power supply plan response and agree to the installation.

3、 Installation and construction

After the confirmation of the power supply plan, the installation of charging facilities can be carried out. It should be noted that the model of the charging station needs to meet national requirements, and attention should be paid to selecting suitable charging station equipment for electric vehicles.

4、 Apply for acceptance

After the construction of the charging station is completed, an acceptance application can be submitted to the power supply company. After passing the acceptance, the power supply company can complete the installation and connection of the meter, and then the charging can naturally begin.

It should be noted that if all the above steps are negotiated with relevant departments by oneself, the costs involved in the construction process will be borne by oneself.
